Food is social isn't it? One of my favorite meals is grilled tilapia. I marinate it, along with sliced onions, in some olive oil, lemon juice, and Mrs. Dash sprinkled over it. Rather have that than steak any day! Also, I am very picky about dry chicken and a recent recipe I tried was putting green beans in one section of a 13 x 0 baking dish, boneless chickenbreast next to that, and then new potatoes. Sprinkle with hidden valley dressing mix and pour one stick of melted butter over it. Cover and bake at 350 for one hour. Tender and moist and yummy!
